Q: What do I do if my school is not listed?

A: Talk to your teacher he/she will need to Register your school. If you are a teacher go to "Registration" scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link "Teacher Registration". You will notice that the first field is School. If your school is not listed please CLICK other at the bottom of the list or click on the link below this field "Click to add your School". Complete the form and your school will be added to your database. Once your school is added register yourself as a teacher.

Q: Can I register a new School?

A: Yes. Students are not allowed to register schools or teachers; this may result in the disqualification of this year’s fair. Teachers may register their own school as they are registering. Simply go to "Registration" and then click on "Teacher Registration" you will notice under the Select School field a link "Click here to add a School". Click the link and complete the form.

Q: How can I verify if I or a student is registered?

A: Click on the Registration link to the left. Once the new page loads you will notice a new link right below the Registration link called "Verify Registration".

Q: Where and when do I submit the $15.00 registation fee?

A: A check may be sent, or collected at sign in. Include the first and last names of all the students along with their project ID. Checks should be written out to: Ritchey Science and Engineering Fair.Please send it to Dr. Dawn Gatherum, Botany Dept. U.C. 2504, Weber State University, Ogden, Utah 84408-2504.
